Salon Policy
Your appointments are very important to us! We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% service charge.
No-Refund Policy
Due to time, products, and labor, we do not offer refunds on completed services. All services are final. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving so we can address any concerns immediately.
